Select a product code and browse matching photos from your configured catalog, in a panel beside your worksheet.

Put photos to work

Browse every colour and angle, zoom in to check a detail, then insert the image into your sheet at the size you choose.

Reads your file names

Season, SKU, colour and view are picked out of the names you already use.

About the unsigned installer and Windows warnings

This release does not have an Authenticode digital signature. Your browser or Windows SmartScreen may warn that the file or publisher is unrecognised. A reputation warning is not a malware scan result, and signing a future release does not guarantee that warnings will disappear.

If your organisation manages software installation, ask your IT team to review the installer. Do not bypass a malware detection or an organisation policy to install it.

To compare your download with this published release, open PowerShell in the folder containing the installer and run:

Get-FileHash .\SkuGallery-Setup-1.0.0.365.exe -Algorithm SHA256

It should print
7818C17878D499FD97C603827B0FCAFC0097AB721887533A4424119E0822D2E0

A matching SHA-256 confirms that the file matches this release; it does not certify that a file is safe. Read Microsoft’s explanation of SmartScreen reputation.

What happens after the trial?

After 30 days, SkuGallery requires a valid licence to show photos. Your source photos and saved Excel workbooks remain available; trial expiry does not delete them.

The annual launch price is €79 per user, excluding applicable taxes. To purchase a licence, contact us by email. Online checkout is not available, and there is no automatic charge. Contact Rigacell.

In detail

Connect your photos.
Make SkuGallery work your way.

Use your existing catalog, choose how photos appear, and keep your Excel habits.

YOUR PHOTO CATALOG

Point it at the photos you already have.

Scan a folder or a network share and SkuGallery indexes every photo inside it, subfolders included. Nothing is copied, moved or renamed — it reads the files where they already sit, so there is nothing to migrate before you start.

  • Scan a local folder or a network share
  • Choose which file types to index, and what to exclude
  • Re-index when your photos change

PHOTO PATHS IN YOUR DATABASE

Or read the paths from your database.

Already storing photo paths in a database? Choose Read from database and open Database connection. Select MySQL, SQL Server or PostgreSQL, map the table and photo-path columns, then test before saving. SkuGallery reads existing paths; your computer must also be able to open the photo files.

  • MySQL, SQL Server and PostgreSQL
  • Full paths or UNC network paths
  • Test the connection, and see how many rows it found

PHOTOS

It reads the names you already use.

Season, SKU, colour and view are picked out of your file names automatically. Tell it which words mean front and back, and the right photo shows up first. Type any file name to see exactly how it will be read.

  • Detect the parts of a file name automatically
  • Choose front and back words, and the sort order
  • Test a sample file name before you commit

BESIDE YOUR WORKSHEET

The photo follows the cell you select.

The panel docks inside Excel, on the side you choose. Move down a column of product codes and the photo keeps up, with every colour of that product waiting as a thumbnail underneath.

  • Dock the panel left, right, top or bottom
  • Follow every selection, or hold still along one product row
  • Insert the photo beside the active cell

YOUR WAY OF WORKING

Reachable the way you prefer.

Open the photos from Excel’s Home tab, from the right-click menu, or with a keyboard shortcut. Name the button whatever your team calls it, and the separate viewer reopens where you left it.

  • A Photos button on Excel’s Home tab, named by you
  • A Photo command in the right-click menu
  • An optional F4 shortcut, and a viewer that remembers its position

Your workflow, with SkuGallery

A code in your sheet. A photo in view.

Keep your photo catalog connected to the product codes you work with every day.

01

Connect your photo catalog

Point it at a local or network folder, or at a database table holding your photo paths. Configure it once and keep using the catalog you already maintain.

02

Select a product code

Choose a cell containing a SKU and open the matching photos in SkuGallery.

03

Browse, zoom, insert

Review the images beside your sheet, zoom in on any of them, then insert one at the size you need.

04

Check what is missing

Select a range of codes and let SkuGallery check them against your catalog. It writes a report sheet listing photo counts, seasons, colours and the codes with nothing behind them.
