This website
These pages are static files with interactive features and the interest measurement described below. We have not added advertising pixels, embedded social media or application cookies. Fonts, screenshots and videos are served from this website, without an embedded third-party video player.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and downloads. Requests expose technical information to the hosting service, including your IP address, the requested URL, request time and browser information. Cloudflare may process and retain this information to deliver and secure its services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
Free trial interest statistics
When the site is open to the public, our own script records product page views and clicks on installer links. The server separately counts responses that start delivering an installer. These counts help us understand interest in the products; they do not establish that a download finished or that the software was installed.
We send Cloudflare Analytics Engine only the event type, product, language and an optional campaign label from a fixed list, together with the event time. Campaign labels may be carried in links within the site. We add no cookies, visitor identifiers or browser storage. We do not save IP addresses, full URL query strings, referrers, browser information or licence data in this dataset.
We temporarily use request information to exclude our own testing traffic and recognisable automation. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals received from the browser. Cloudflare Analytics Engine retains events for three months; we may retain exports of aggregated counts for up to twelve months. Cloudflare’s ordinary technical processing for hosting is described above. For questions or requests, use the privacy contact on this page.
The Excel add-ins
SkuGallery and CellLens run on your computer alongside Excel. Photo lookup and record lookup read the folders, network shares and database connections you configure; they do not upload the resulting photos, worksheets or database records to Rigacell. Your organisation controls access to these sources, which may be on other computers or servers.
SkuGallery reads source photos and photo paths from configured databases without changing those source files or records. When you choose to insert an image or create a photo availability report, it writes to an Excel workbook. Content you insert and save remains in that workbook.
Settings — such as which folder to scan or which lookups you saved — are stored on your own machine.
Free trial and licence activation
The SkuGallery free trial is checked on your computer. It requires no Rigacell account, payment details or online activation. Trial state is stored locally.
If you activate a licence with an RG- code, the add-in contacts the Rigacell licensing service hosted by Cloudflare. It sends the activation code, product name, an identifier derived from the computer’s hardware and the computer’s Windows name. Subsequent checks use a refresh credential specific to that product and computer. The service also receives ordinary connection information, such as your IP address.
We store the name and email associated with the licence, product, expiry date, permitted computer count, activated devices, verification dates and change history. Activation codes and refresh credentials are stored on the server as cryptographic hashes. This service does not receive photos, product codes from your worksheets, Excel workbook contents or your database credentials.
An activated cloud licence is checked periodically in the background, normally after 24 hours of active use. A signed authorisation allows up to 30 days of offline access without exceeding the licence expiry date. First activation and renewal of that authorisation require internet access. Existing offline licences continue to be checked locally.
We use these records to provide the activation and support you request, manage available places and protect the service against abuse. Where applicable, the grounds for processing are performance of the contract or steps you request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in service security. Licence records are not automatically deleted on expiry: we review retention for support, security and applicable obligations, and deletion requests can be sent to the privacy address below. Cloudflare hosts the service and its D1 database; administrative access is protected by Cloudflare Access.
SkuGallery update checks
When you choose to check for updates in SkuGallery, it requests version information from the Rigacell website. This request includes the product name and installed version in its user agent, as well as ordinary connection information such as your IP address. It does not include your licence key, photos, workbook contents or database records. The current update check runs on request, not as a background poll.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. Email providers process these messages to deliver and store the conversation. We use them to answer your request and provide support, not to add you to a marketing list.
Please do not send passwords, connection strings or database logins. We never need them to answer a question, and we would ask you to change any credential that reaches us by accident.
Your rights
You can ask about the personal information we hold, or request correction or deletion, by writing to privacy@rigacell.com. We handle requests according to applicable data protection law. Where the GDPR applies, you may also raise a concern with your data protection authority.

The SkuGallery installer and free trial are available now. Licence enquiries are handled by email; this site does not process payments or send licence emails automatically. We will update this page when features or data-handling practices change, including any future checkout. The date above shows the latest revision.
