About Rigacell

Keep your work in Excel. Bring the context closer.

Your worksheet already holds the product code. Rigacell brings the photos and records from your folders, databases and business systems alongside it, so you can keep working in Excel.

The problem

The sheet gives you a code. Then you go looking.

Anyone who plans a product range, prepares a catalogue or checks stock knows the routine. Into a photo folder. Into the ERP. Into a system someone set up years ago. You find the answer, you come back, and by then you have lost your place.

Both add-ins start from the same idea: the code is already in front of you, so let it do the searching. Select the cell, and what belongs to it appears beside the sheet.

Before you install anything

The four questions we get asked.

Where does my data go?

Photo and record lookups connect to the sources you configure, without uploading those results to Rigacell. Licensing and update checks can contact Rigacell separately; the privacy page explains those requests.

What has to change first?

SkuGallery reads photos from your existing folders or mapped paths. CellLens reads the database tables or views your administrator makes available. Configure the matching fields and permissions; your source files and records remain in place.

How much work is the setup?

Install the Microsoft prerequisites if needed, then the add-in. Choose a photo folder or configure a database connection in Settings. Network permissions and database access may need help from your IT team.

What if we stop using it?

Your source photos and database records stay in their original locations. Images or values you have inserted and saved in an Excel workbook stay in that workbook. You can uninstall the add-in without needing it to open your saved work.

What each one does

One job each.

Neither tries to become a second spreadsheet, a reporting suite or a data platform.

Where things stand

Two tools. Ready for your work.

Rigacell is a small independent effort. SkuGallery and CellLens are both available as free 30-day trials. Try either product, or use them together. After each trial, a valid licence is required to continue using that product. Our annual plans and Business offers are ready to explore; online purchasing is not open yet. Contact us about licence availability before planning use beyond the trial.

This website shows both products in use. The screenshots and the recording show the add-ins as they actually run in Excel. Where something is still being decided, the page says so instead of guessing.

If you work with product data and something here looks useful, we would like to hear from you — especially about the setups we have not thought of.
